How to request a commission
! READ THE TOS FIRST !To request a commission, please contact me via email using the "Contact" button on the front page or using the mail handle below this text. Include a short description of the video you'd like made (theme, length, music, or references if you have any). I will review your request and respond as soon as I can to confirm whether I can take it on. From there, we’ll discuss any materials you may want to provide and agree on pricing.

Terms of Service
Scope of Work
I offer video editing services including stylized cuts, visual effects, motion graphics, and audio syncing. If the client does not provide their own footage, music, or visual direction, I will suggest appropriate material (such as stock footage or royalty-free music) to complete the project to the best of my ability and in line with the intended tone.Payment Terms
Payment is due after completion of the video. Until payment is received, the client will only receive watermarked versions or preview clips (WIPs). Once full payment is made, the final, unwatermarked version will be delivered.All payments are taken in Euros (€) and through the Kofi service!Turnaround Time
Delivery time will depend on the complexity of the project and my current schedule. Although most edits can be completed within two weeks, this is not my full-time occupation and delivery may be delayed due to personal commitments. I will always communicate delays clearly and promptly.Revisions
One major revision and one minor revision are included by default. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra charge. Please provide clear direction upfront to avoid delays or miscommunication.Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered before the final version of the video has been delivered. Once the completed product has been sent, all sales are final. Partial refunds for unfinished work may be discussed if the client cancels the commission.Copyright and Usage
The client is free to post and use the final video for personal or promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
However, I retain credit as the editor. Credit in the form of a name or handle must be provided wherever appropriate (e.g. social media captions, video descriptions).Music & Third-Party Content Responsibility
I am not responsible for any copyright claims or takedowns resulting from third-party audio or visual material used at the client’s request. Clients are advised to ensure they have rights to any media they request for use in the commission.Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that includes content I find inappropriate, discriminatory, exploitative, or unethical.
